Can I switch plans after signing up?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take
effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
What counts as a "question"?
Each troubleshooting question you ask the assistant that reaches the model counts as one
against your monthly total — including follow-up turns in the same conversation. Questions
rejected before the model runs don't count.
Which equipment does the knowledge base cover?
Manufacturer manuals, specs, parts and fault codes across HVAC & refrigeration, pumps
& motors, electrical, material handling, boilers and food-service equipment — and we add
new manufacturer libraries continuously.
Do I get the mobile apps on every plan?
Yes. The web app and the native iOS & Android apps — including nameplate scanning and
offline access to recent manuals — are included on every plan, free trial included.
What's a "seat"?
A seat is any team member with a login. Seats don't affect how many questions you can ask —
that's metered separately at the account level.
What happens when the trial ends, or I hit my cap?
Your account stays put — nothing is deleted. Over the monthly cap, the assistant pauses with
a clear message until next month or an upgrade. You're never billed beyond your cap.
